Lobe Piercings Family Style
Earlobe piercings for kids aged 5 to 7 are a great way to introduce them to the world of body art in a safe and professional environment. At Relic Moon, we prioritize the safety and comfort of your child, ensuring a positive experience.
For particularly nervous children or those under the age of 8, we offer a Family Kids Lobe Piercing service. This involves both of our piercers working together to pierce both ears simultaneously, making the process much quicker and easier for everyone involved. This service is available on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and comes with an additional fee to account for the time of two piercers.
The process of piercing has evolved significantly, and we use sterile, single-use, disposable needles with aseptic technique to ensure the cleanest, quickest, and safest procedure.
While the jewelry choices that can be worn after healing are almost infinite, jewelry choices for initial piercings are a little more limited. We will usually suggest an 18 gauge or 16 gauge press-fit barbell. These have a wide variety of “fronts,” from plain silver balls to faceted stones and even gold with diamonds.

- This depends on how your body heals. Most people will experience minimal scarring if they decide to remove the jewelry after the piercing has fully healed.
